any parents out there with ADHD child who would like to share their experience?
is Ritalin and Concerta the mostly used medication? any educational psychologist for ADHD you can recommend? both Chinese or English speaking doctors are ok.

how old is your child?!
My husband has ADHD and been on Ritalin for years.
My girl is boarderline and not sure if the son has it yet.
If it's a child, I'd recommend to take your child to professionals such asCertified Child Psychologist, they'd do trainings as part of the treatment and you as a parent need to do training at home, be consistent .
Meds isn't really recommended on child cuz it could cause long term affect.
My husband is actually trying to take down the dosage and quitting the meds. It's not an easy task.
