spotting in 8th week

I just found some spotting - I am in my 8th week. I will go to the doctor tomorrow to check it out, but has anyone experienced this before? Any advice?

I've experienced this but not until my 11th week. Spotting is common during the first trimester but still best to have this checked as soon as possible. Good luck.

I had some spotting during my 12th week. It's very common and nothing to worry about unless it's a lot of bleeding and cramping.

When you spot, just try to take it easy, lie down and relax a bit more.

I had it around the 8th week also. Rushed to the doctor who did an ultrasound and saw the heartbeat. He told me to take a few days off work so that I could put my feet up. He also prescribed a bit more progesterone.

Thank you for all your responses! I called the doctor's office and they said that as long as there was no bleeding and pain, it was OK. I was told to take it easy and take time off from work if I wanted but that it was up to me. I ended up going to work, and the spotting didn't last a long time. The nurse also said that it's quite common to spot during the 6th to 7th week due to the implantation process.
