Pregnancy Yoga

I am interested in finding a pregnancy yoga class in Central.

I've looked at the schedules for Yoga Central, Pure Yoga and Iyengar Yoga. It looks like the schedule at Pure will work best for me right now.

Does anyone have other studios to recommend I look into? I would rather pay on a class by class basis rather than a membership like at Pure.

Any feedback on Pure Yoga?

Hi Sunnysarah

I go to Pure Yoga in Central every Tuesday at 12:45 with Nealy. The class is very good and we do some great postures that will help with the future delivery of the baby. Also, the class has a very positive atmosphere and it is really nice to see other moms that are also in the same boat as you.

I do not have a membership to Pure and have decided to go on a drop in basis as I am not sure if I will be able to go as regularly when my baby is born. I pay about $250HKD per class. It is a bit expensive but I like the work out and the way I feel after the class.

Hi Sunnnysarah,

I do to Pure yoga as well.Have tried all of the four classes they have.Find them all really good.I don't have a membreship either,I bought a 10 class pass for $1899 as it is cheaper then $250 per class...

I also tried a class at Palnet Yoga,was a 90 mins class,they had much better deals on prices and packages,but not many mums to be goes there,so I decided to go with Pure Yoga as I wanted to meet other mums..

Thanks for the replys. I'll be trying out Pure Yoga.
One more question, when should I start? I am 16 weeks so far. Should I wait a month or two?

sunnysarah it depends on how you feel, some ppl feel fine and upto doing yoga after 5 months some later or otherwise...it all depends on how your pregnancy has progressed, did you feel really exhausted earlier and feel fine now? So it depends..
