You think they are big now, wait until your milk comes in after the baby is born!
The first trimester your breasts are tender and swollen, but more often than not, the second trimester things settle down only to go through it again towards the end of the pregnancy. It's completely normal and you should be grateful that everything is working normally.
After delivery, once your milk comes in they will be large and very tender, and if you are going to breastfeed, it will take a couple of months for them to settle and once your baby is in a feeding routine you will only produce the amount of milk your body needs to sustain your baby. Of course, if you choose not to bf then your breasts will reduce in size and go back to your pre-pregnancy size.
Go with it and don't stress about it, just make sure you wear a comfy bra. It's not disgusting at all, it's a beautiful, natural thing!
If it's any consolation, I'm normally a D cup when not pregnant, but being pregnant and when baby is born, i'm going to in Pamela Anderson's league!! Of course my husband is in 7th heaven!
