Group B strep test at QMH

Hi, Does anyone know if the above test is routinely done at Queen Mary / Tsan Yuk?

Hi, I delivered there 10 weeks ago and I was given the option of the test at about 37 weeks preg. They were doing a study at the time to see whether it should be a routine check or not. Don't know whether the study is still ongoing. If so then you should be offered the consent forms (to participate in the study) at around 36 weeks.

The Tsan Yuk is still doing the Strep B test, I was asked if I wanted it ldone last week.
