Where can I buy vietnamese rice paper to make rice paper rolls?

I've seen it in almost all asian food shops around HK island.

I get mine from the food hall that you have to go through to get to the jusco $10 plaza near North point MTR.... not sure of the name of the place, but it's in the basement next to the big North Point Wellcome.

You can buy it at CitySuper. In Time Square it is on the bottom shelf in a long aisle near the pasta. $22.
