Hello,
I am looking for an ingredient to make my own cheese.
I don't know the English word, it's "presure".
You put a small amount of this liquid in the milk, and it helps the milk to crudle (become solid).
In France, we can find it in the pharmacy.
Do you the English or Chineese word?
Do you know where I can find it?
