Aussie cookies

Today when I was at our clubhouse, one of the helper's gave me a yummy cookie, (coconut and oats think).When I asked if she made then she said no, her friend made them, who has an Aussie employer. Apparently these cookies are a tradtion in Australia, for a Holiday. Anyone have a recipe? That works well in HK.

you are talking about anzac biscuits...I don't have the recipe but if you google it you should be able to find many recipes.
