Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone in HK is on the SCD. It seems that many of the things that are considered 'legal' on it may be difficult to find in the city.

Just wondered if you'd had any luck finding SCD products here?

I'm starting the diet and it's challenging to say the least.

Hi Vicky,

I'm getting hung up on needing a yogurt maker, even though people say I don't need one. But since yogurt is the basis of so much on the SCD, I haven't started it yet. I just got a blender so that's a big step.

There are health food stores that might have some of the harder to find items.
