Is anyone using a Gemini GBM30 bread maker recently sold on Groupon? Do you have any problems with it? I can't seem to get a successful loaf of bread. I have tried 4 times. Please advise.

I made the white bread and the wholemeal bread according to its recipe. For both types of bread, the inside is quite sticky and the crust is very hard. The wholemeal bread rises but collapses during the baking process.


I bought all my ingredients from another speciality shop in Wanchai Rd. Can you give me the complete address of the speciality shop in Johnston Rd?

I am also using the Gemini and have found the recipes in the booklets hopeless. Have you managed to make a decent loaf yet?

I gave up on the Gemini recipe booklet after a few more tries and instead searched for online recipes for bread machines/makers and have had better success. I also purchased a local recipe book for breadmakers and the recipes are good.
