Use cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup (Condensed, no need for water) where you would usually have a cream sauce. ie like a creamy pasta dish.

The professionals will wince - or gag - but I use Campbells tomato or cream of tomato as a base, add 1/2 water 1/2 milk, then, to add some sex, a dash of Worcester sauce, a bit of curry powder and a dash of sherry. Drop some croutons on top, then fight off your girl guests. Yeah, I'm sexist, but it works...

Couple of cheater recipes:

Take some porkchops or chicken and grill it on the sauce pan. Drain the oil and toss in the cream of mushroom. Heat it up and put it over rice. My roomate in college taught me, he probably got it off the back of the can. It was better than I expected.

Second recipe. Take NE clam chowder toss it into a pan. Take a can of stewed tomatoes and toss it into a blender and make a coarse paste. Add some garlic powder and heat it up. Top it off with some dried parsley and pepper. Almost as easy as warming up soup but comes out pretty good. And yes, you can substitute the microwave for the pan.
