Can anyone recommend a good Chinese cookery class please? Ideally I’d like one that took me out in to the streets to the local markets in Soho and showed me what all the different things are in all the different shops and then showed me how to make a few cool dishes. There is so much produce available here that I've never dealt with before - it seems a shame not to get involved just out of ignorance!

There's a weekly cooking offering both Chinese and other kinds of dishes. We also have a speciality in teaching you to 9 Chinese dishes and 1 soup in 2 hours. I'm the organizer and we have a space in Yau Ma Tei (Hong Kong) where we conduct the classes in both Cantonese and English. The classes are only $40/class.
