Open to air BBQ restaurant??

Hi....
For quite sometime now my husband and i have have been planning on opening a restaurant..and we want to have an open to air BBQ restaurant( means to do the BBQ in the open on a coal grill with all the smoke and the aromas and the full works out in the open) but not sure if it is allowed in HK.
If anybody knows anything about this would greatly appreciate your help and if we end up opening he restaurant u can have a free meal on us ;)
