telephoning Lowu Shenzhen

Been trying to get through to the 3rd floor curtain shop but wonder if they answer their phones on a Sunday. In your experience, when is the best time to call the shops in Shenzhen and has anyone managed to get any after sales? Should I give up? After all, if you pay a low price to begin with, why should you get follow up service???

Keep trying as the shops do not open until later in the morning these days.

Yes, I have phoned and been given after sales service. Nothing to do with the low prices, all to do with who you deal with and how you treat them.

thanks dasia. That gives me hope. I will keep trying and report back on how things have gone. I try and be polite to everyone so hopefully be able to sort out the problem with my curtains

Hurrah! I got through to Shenzhen today and spoke to the lady Annie there. We still have to lug the curtains back and will cost to repair but at least I got through.
