There are various spas and the prices and environments vary significantly. Alot of people like the Queen Spa which has a pick-up/drop off service from Lo Wu. I found the staff to be quite unfriendly and distant. I've been to several but prefer one that is very near the train station. I can't remember the name exactly - it's something like Xiaomeizei. I can tell you how to get there though. When coming out of the immigration building, turn left and go up the long escalator. At the top, it veers towards the right and leads you on an overpass across the railroad tracks. At the end of the overpass, immediately on your left is the spa. It might look a bit like a restaurant from the outside. They will give you a locker key and guide you to the dressing room. A massage costs $88 for two hours if you are a member and non-members are something like $108. They have a menu in english although it's a bit challenging to sort it out. If you don't mind sorting out language issues, it's a great place.
