It depends on your nationality, from $150 - $450.

you have to check that you can still get it on the border - quite a few people say you cant anymore - because of the new visa rules - so you best try to get it in HK before you go.

5 days Shenzhen visa, to apply in the border is HK150.00, if you have HK I.D., if tourist, I just heard has to apply from Phils. Not sure.
