Need recommendation for a good ISP in Hong Kong or area in order to put up a small business web site. Not PeoplesWare that's who I am replacing.

I have worked on many website projects while in Hong Kong. Personally I purchase all my hosting plans from the US / Canada, for a couple of reasons. Pricing is great and I find the service overall is more reliable & technical support is excellent. pm me if you are interested for more information.
