Looks like they are using the SONY technology. The good thing about that is that it's not just a specialized PDA. It is built from the ground up to be an ebook reader. Meaning NO power is consumed when you're not turning pages, etc. And it's built for black on white.

I would ensure that there is content you want for the platform.
