I am looking into buying a psp for my son for Christmas.

Are the psp in Hong Kong like PS2? I mean should we get them @unlock@ in places like Sham Shui Po for to play all types of games?
psp might work differently, please advise

Yes. Buy them from SSP and buy an unlocked version so you can play games that have been saved on the memory stick rather than the original game discs
