Which is the best

I want fastest at best price and I need sport so NOW have already.

So should I go with PCCW 1000M etc.

1000mbit is 2188 honkies, so hardly "best price" IMHO. Unless you have money to burn, I would go with the 100mbit service instead, at 588 honkies. That's plenty fast enough. Besides, getting 1000mbit all the way to your machine requires not only the 1000mbit service, but at least 1000mbit router and network card. These are not mainstream in the consumer space yet.

As for the TV service, it comes down the same cable but is otherwise totally unrelated to your broadband speed.

Certainly the way I'm going. But getting hold of the PCCW fiber team seems easier said than done... :(
