does anyone know of a wireless home automation system that works with UK/HK plugs

(to turn on/off lights, tv etc in a rented apartment - i.e. i can't rewire).

something along the lines of clipsal c-bus wireless home automation in australia.

There was also a system called X1, or something similar, that even had a computer interface.
