Hi All,
I recently came across the website of expansys.com when looking to buy a smartphone and I am seeing mixed messages on boards some real horror stories about their service and time to deliver or post sale service.
Is the site reliable in terms of delivery and standing behind its sales in case there is a problem?

I've tried it and even picked up my smartphone from their office as a friend advised it's better than waiting for the courier mail. I tested the unit and left. Fortunately, I didn't have any problem with the phone. However, that didn't give me experience with their after sales support. (The office is about 10 minutes walk from Tsuen Wan MTR).
