hi everyone - I have an iphone 4s (I'm on IOS 7) and for some reason I cannot do facetime. I can only do it on wifi. I went to smartone and they just bounce me around and tell me to reset my iphone. I know that is not likely to be the problem as I can do it on wifi. whenever I facetime someone it says I need to be on wifi. and whenever someone facetime me I just get a missed facetime call (no ringing, nothing). any ideas? thanks a lot.

apple mac problems . or repairs. i had a similar issue recently try this
Try this upgrade doesn't recognize your previous iMessage and FaceTime settings.
Put your device in Airplane mode, turn off iMessage and FaceTime and reset your network settings. Make sure you have iMessage and FaceTime off.
Turn on Airplane Mode: Settings > toggle Airplane on
Turn off iMessage: Settings > Messages > toggle iMessage off
Turn off FaceTime: Settings > FaceTime > toggle FaceTime off
Reset Network Settings: Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
After the rest, turn off Airplane mode and re-add your wi-fi password(s). Toggle iMessage and FaceTime back to on in the Settings app.
