Cebu Pacific Cancellations

I am have been told by Cebu that it will take 6 months to refund my cancelled ticket. Anyone else had a similar experience

yes, and with cebu pacific, if you bought the ticket on promotion, cancellation/re-booking will cost more than a new ticket actually
