Best luxury beach resorts in Asia Posted by enoughalready (624 days ago) Would like recommendations for the best luxury beach resorts in Asia. Would prefer white, sandy beach, clear blue water and privacy. Something for a romantic get-away. Have enjoyed the Amanpuri in Phuket and the Amanpulo in the Philippines. Posted by Moppet (623 days ago) We love the Datai in Langkawi, nice and quiet, great food, lovely beach the basic rooms are fab so no need to go for the more expensive ones. We stayed in one of the 3 b/room beach front villas (the very last one #5) and it was stunning. Very private and even though it was right on the beach, we hardly saw a soul. Absolutely stunning.
