Happy fly rate on China Southern???

Hello
Has anyone used the Happy fly rate on China Southern? The rate is less than half price of any other ticket. I am just unsure of what it is exactly, does it mean stand-by or a guarnteed seat?
If anyone could help that would be great.

Guaranteed seats, not stand-by. It's just a particularly cheap but restricted ticket.
