Stainless Steel Cutlery in Bangkok

I'm going to Bangkok next week and would like to buy some of the beautiful stainless steel cutlery. Unfortunately I arrive on Sunday night so that rules Chatuchak out. Does anyone know of a place where I can get them at a reasonable price? I will be staying quite near Chatuchak but will have a few hours on Monday to nip downtown. Help! I'm totally desperate and any info will be very much appreciated. Thanks a million!

Go the night market at Lumpini. It's open every night till about midnight and just as good as Chatuchak market.

Do you know how much they cost? I saw on the net that a set of table fork, knife, spoon and teaspoon costs 525bht. Is that a good deal?

I'm sorry, I can't remember the exact price. If you go to the market, you will be able to negotiate a price there. I think the 525 baht sounds a bit expensive, though.
