Guilin - tour operator to recommend?

My Mum & step father want to go to Guilin & tour for a few days around for 5 or 7 days.

Problem is that they do not speak english at all.

Would you know any travel agencies that could organize for them a tour with a guide?

It would be a disaster if they joined these mainland chinese tours with stickers, caps following the leader & his flag...

Try China Travel Service. They are the expert for tours in China. I think they have a branch in Central and definitely one in Causeway Bay. Dial 1081 and press 4 for and ask for their telephone number.

You must let them know you want to join their English speaking tour/plus guide which is a bit higher in price but the up-grade is worthwhile.

Sorry - have overlooked 'problem is that they do not speak English at all' - so what language do they speak?

Well, I guess you can try and ask the agency for guides that know multiple languages.
