Tempoarary accommodoation in Shanghai

There are many travellers hotels that are cheap in Shanghai. Some people live in them long term. They are very basic, but it is a room. Does any one have any idea about them as I don't have lonely plant to check it out. One more thing I want it to be single room!!!
