Best beach in Asia?

I am desperate for a beach holiday with my mate next month and I want to go to a really good beach, i.e. white sand, turquoise waters and excellent watersports facilities. I have been researching heavily on Trip advisor but still haven't been able to decide. Langkawi and Boracay are two of our options.

Our budget is HK$6000 per person for 3-4 nights. We have loads of other holidays coming up next year and don't want to spend too much.

Will be excluding Maldives, Bali, Koh Samui and Guam from the list as we are planning to go there another time or have been already.

Boracay white beach is the place to go. Top beach in Asia. Try Fridays or the new Shangri la is coming up later in the year

We loved the Datai Langkawi, wonderful beach, water sports, fabulous service and a kid free pool.
