Villa for New Year

I have family coming from the UK after Xmas, we would like to go away for 7-10 days over New Year. There will be 5 adults and 5 children (11-7yrs old), we need a min 5 bedroom villa and we only want a 3-4hour flight from HK and near a beach. I have looked at several websites but would prefer personal recommendations.Any ideas would be great, I need to book something very soon, many thanks.
