Cambodia advice?

Have you lived or worked in Cambodia? I'm interesting in finding out about work skills and training that women might need to help their employability in Cambodia. Could you share your local knoweldge with me please or know anyone who can? I've been asked to help a charitable organisation in advising/teaching skills and would like advice. I'm employed in an educational capacity in Hong Kong at the moment. Any help appreciated.
