Safari in Africa

Need help to plan a safari for 1 week in Africa late Jan/early Feb 2009. 2 travelling from Hong Kong. Given the time of year, what would be places to consider and places to stay at? What is a good company to use? We did E Africa (Kenya & Tanzania) in Aug a few years ago through cc Africa and were very impressed. Are those places worth going back to in late Jan/early Feb? Other places worth considering? Wld value any opinions.

If you know any Cathay pilots or stewardesses, do ask them the contact number for a tour organiser called Konrad. He organises tours for CX staff and has years of experience doing this. Apart from that, if you want the luxury holiday, go for Sabi Sabi - no parallel. I have been to a bush camp one time on the outskirts of Kruger. It was called Nyeletti meaning stars in Zulu and every night you can see a blanket of stars in the night. They organise safaris as well as offer food annd accomodation. I though forget how I booked it. It was the spur of the moment decision.
