April holiday with kids

I am a single mum looking to take 2 primary aged kids for a 5 day break. We are looking for a hotel that has kidsclub, water sports etc. done kota kinabalu and phuket so interested in langkawi, bali or similar.not got a huge budget ! So any reasonably priced hotel recommendations appreciated.
