Mauritius with 2 kids

What would you recommend in Mauritius with 2 kids (8 & 5 y.o.)?

We are after a 5 star hotel with a very good kids club along with a lot of sport acitivities organized or adults such as tennis, water skiing...., but no golf.

Budget is not an issue

most of the hotels in Mauritius have what you are looking for - not an issue at all - very kids friendly

The problem is that fro the websites, all hotels look good. What are the ones perfect for kids then?

Most are them ARE very good. Have you shortlisted some hotels already? If you care to post the names here, I can tell you which are the best ones and those to avoid, if any!

really, i would not worry - as Tulipe said, most of then are very good and just check that they have some sort of kids facilities - again, a lot of them do... i find the level of hotels in general in much higher in mauritius than in asia, places like thailand and even Bali... so fear not - you will have great time!

we went to Le coco beach hotel. The kids will be highly entertained with the kids club whilst you go enjoy yourself. Very expensive though with flights. THe hotel is far out so travelling to town is expensive. the food is included in the price of hotel but i only recommend 4/5 nights. we did 2 weeks and it was too much of a repeat each day.
