Cambodia visa on arrival - how to pay?

If I plan to get my visa on arrival at the airport in Cambodia, do I need to pay in US dollars? Are there cashpoints inside the airports at Siem Reap and Phnom Penh that I could use instead?

Take US dollar with you as it is the de-facto currency in Cambodia... every where accepts and welcomes them... just make sure all the notes are nice and new as they will not accept ripped or torn notes...

Visa on arrival is US$20... departure tax US$25 (at Phnom Penh)

Its actually surprisingly efficient to get your visa on arrival - USD is the currency - make sure to bring photos

i got my visa on line before i went, it was very easy and quick.. save the lining up on arrival.

All went fine getting it on arrival. I was lucky to be at the front of the queue and the whole process only took about 10 minutes. I had my passport photos with me and $20 (in US$). No problems!
