immigration control at CDG, paris

i need to bring my DH to paris for a few days before we head off to london for our 2 week cruise. we have all docs, everything is prepaid and will be travelling as a big family group of almost 40 people. my DH tried to get a schengen visa from france but was rejected (without a rejection stamp on her passport) but we managed to get her a multiple entry schengen visa from italian consulate. my question is: when we fly to paris, will they let her in? or would it be safer to have her and my husband (her employer) fly directly to rome, then from rome to paris as 'domestic flight within schengen internal borders' and hope that there is no immigration control for this flight?

Congratulations and good luck. First time I went to U.K. and Ireland, I was a DH. I believe if you have a strong supporting letter, she can get the visa especially now that she has the schengen visa.

My status was already changed from DH to Married when I applied Schengen visa, we applied in Netherlands consulate in Hk. We are planning to go to U.K., France, Belgium and Amsterdam. I was able to get my schengen visa and the officer reminded me that the port of enty should be Amsterdam. I was quite worried about it because we would like to celebrate Christmas in U.K. However, We went to U.K. first, and nobody questioned me about the port of entry should be Amsterdam. By the way, I have my U.K. settlement visa and I have 3 months left before expiration.

By the way, the port of entry using my schengen visa from U.K was FRANCE, port of Calais, then Belgium and final destination was Amsterdam.
