I'm planning to go on holiday with my family to Koh Samui and we would use this airline, anyone has traveled with them? any reviews? trustworthy airline?

I've flown with them numerous times - no problems.

If you look at the number of crashes of commercial airliners in a given year I dont think you get much more than 10... so I think it's hard to single out any airline as being extremely unsafe... I think the odds of winning the lottery are about as high as getting caught in a crash...
