Hello, anyone know how to go about getting the autopay for the HK highway and tunnel tolls?

(I am based in Hong Kong)

Go here
https://www.autotoll.com.hk/Autotollclub/ETC.php
Click on apply new account.
Fill in the form, and submit.
Fax copy of Registration Document to Autotoll.
Two days later tag appears in post. Stick in car and use.
Top up either by direct debit (autopay) from bank account, or top up via online internet banking.
Easy to apply and a real time saver.
There are some minimal monthly charges for the service (about HK$30).
