We are arriving at HK airport in the eve, with a bus to catch from there the following morning.
Can anyone advise of a cheap-ish (=3 star) place to sleep? Or any special deals?

There are no really cheap hotels near the airport, four star is the least you will get.
The cheapest is a short taxi or bus ride away in Tung Chung.
