I have just checked this and there seems to be no problem. I tested sending a reply to one of the messages I received in my AX account and the system automatically selects the proper person to send the reply to (both in Firefox and IE).
Can you please email your AsiaXPAT username and password to email@example.com and I will check your account.
You must be logged in to be able to reply.
