Reply function

Ed,

I received a PM, but when I replied it didn't send it to the original correspondent. I'm sure that when I've selected 'Reply' in the past it would automatically send the response message to the proper person, but it now looks as if you need to select the person from the list. Is that right? (I didn't select, because I assumed it would just go back to the original correspondent, and it ended up being sent to 'C' instead of 'chus'.

Incidentally, when I checked I couldn't find a 'chus' on the list anyway.

And thirdly I think it's a scam (a variation on the Nigerian-whatever theme) so my response was cagey at best. You might like to check to see if 'chus' has sent messages to everyone in the hope of sucking a few in.

Hi,

I have just checked this and there seems to be no problem. I tested sending a reply to one of the messages I received in my AX account and the system automatically selects the proper person to send the reply to (both in Firefox and IE).

Thanks for the offer Michelle but I think I'll try it out elsewhere first. Maybe the problem was caused somehow by the nature of the message/sender.
