wedding dress taylor

Dear all, I`m thinking of getting my wedding dress done in HK, actually I need two, one for registration ceremony, one for party.. Have some ideas in my head but I`m not a designer and need a professional advice on both fabrics and design.. I`m not looking for a "traditional" kind of wedding dress, so I dont think I`ll be able to find anything in the usual wedding shops here.. Maybe someone could recommend a good taylor, not necessarily specialized in wedding dresses, who is not so expensive and same time not afraid of creative ideas.. Would be really greatful for any advice. We still have time but I dont want to leave these things for the last minute..

There's a big thread on this is you do a search - I am using Matador Couture (they seem very creative) and they would probably meet your requirements - I'd go and see them for a chat to see if they can help.

Also, Athena Valorus were very helpful.

It might help if you go to see them with a few pictures - even if it is just a guide - so you can say "this top , but this bottom, but shorter etc"

Both do evening wear as well, so you will get something not weddingy if that's what you are after.
