Stomach Bloating before period

Hi Ladies

I experience stomach bloating before getting my periods....generally about 10 days before. My stomach bulges out.....and my pants are really tight around the waist and I need one size bigger. The day I get my period it goes back to normal.

Does anyone else experience this.....AND is there anything I can take to reduce bloating.

Oh yes.. It happens to me as well I am 24 years old and I had a baby.. it also happens to me 2 weeks before my period.. not only that... every time of that month I am the most frantic person and most of the time irretated with sometimes no reason at all.... they call that ranging hormones..

Why not do a search for pre menstrual bloating - seems that it is a common problem!
