Smart Lipo / Laser Lipolysis

Has anyone any experience with laser lipolysis (also called smart lipo, I believe). Any idea whether it is available in Hong Kong ?

I have the same question to ask.
Also, there is yet another type of lipolysis, called topal or something like that, anyone having a clue about what's best? and the costs?
