DIY hair coloring kit

I have had hair color (dark bluish purple on my natural black hair with some strands of gray hair) professionally done on the frontal section about 4 weeks ago and the color is now gradually fading. I now want to change my hair color to chestnut brown (all over), am wondering if I can use the DIY hair coloring kit from the chemist to achieve reasonably good result? Thanks for your input.

How to backup SMS messages?
I want to save some of my SMS message onto the PC, because it is very important for me. I want to back up them for later viewing.
Can somebody gives some useful suggestion? I will appreciate that.
