Release and Reference letter

To whom it may concern:

This serves to certify that Mrs. Lucia Famat Pacquia has been employed as Domestic Helper in our home between April 7, 2008 and October 25, 2009.

Since we are leaving Hong Kong for good, we unfortunately have to release her.

During this time Lucy has proven to be an extremely experienced and capable helper and also friend to the family.

She has been responsible for keeping the house clean, doing a great amount of laundry, ironing, cooking and most importantly, taking care of our little boy when we didn't have time. He is 5 years old now, we asked her to follow him around, to always watch and protect him. She did an extraordinarily good job with him!

She did not need any supervision in any of her duties.

From the beginning on, Lucy has been a great support for our family. She adjusted to the Western life style easily. She picked everything up very fast by observing carefully, writing details down and realizing them nest time by herself.

Lucy is highly responsible, has very good values and a good sense of humor. she is very reliable, flexible and accurate. She is always on time.

We would love to take her whenever we go which is unfortunately not possible.

We wish her all the best in her future engagement and recommend her highly to a good, responsible, new employer without the slightest hesitation. we will all miss her a lot.
