Painting the apartment

I've decided to paint the apartment myself. Received lots of quotes for painting, but am not working at the moment so can't justify the costs and happy to do a room a day.

Have painted and renovated previous property overseas, but don't know where I can go to buy paint. Lots of places I've asked don't have the special paint to go on tiles. I need something that will last at least a year plus, so don't even need the premium dulux.

Just need a basic white paint to go on tiles, an interior paint with mould protection/easy to clean surface (that would make it with a slight shine), and something to paint on wood trims.

Any recommendations on where to buy paint would be greatly appreciated.
