can somebody please let me know a good agent from whom i can buy a house in tung chung , because i feel the property price there is just being hyped up by agents whom i met..thanks in advance for the help.

That's their job - to hype it up... but mainly in a Sellers market - when buyers are easy to find. That is not what we have now.


Do spend time and talk to the agents you meet, and let them know:

"I think it is now a buyer's market, and I am looking for a bargain. Let me know if you have something for sale at a discount to last month's price."


Maybe you will get something good if you try that. The "buyers market" may not last forever.

do not use rica corp in caribbean coast.. they manipulate prices and are not honest. they play both sides -seller and buyer. the managers and agents are not professional.

I have only used agents to rent but the best one I found is at Centaline, Her name is Becky So. I used some of the other agents in CC bazaar but they were all dishonest and very pushy whereas she has been very helpful, her number is 62029192.

Just speaking from experience Edmond. I know there are good agents out there but I'm afraid most I met were not and after viewing 40+ apartments over 2 weekends (in several different areas) I only came across one that was not overtly pushy and unhelpful. Luckily for me I had been through this process before and knew how to deal with it.
