Need a good estate agent who knows Discovery Bay

I am planning to re-locate to Discovery Bay from Mid Levels and need a recommendation for an estate agent who deals with ex-pats, I am unfamiliar with DB and want to find a low-rise apartment for around $50-60 pcm, somewhere with a gym nearby and not too far from the ferry, any suggestions out there??

Not sure what EPS stands for but they are located in Discovery Bay...their office is in the plaza and here is the address
