Residential blocks owned by companies / charities

Hi I was looking around recently for a property and came across a few residential blocks owned by a single owner. The ones I'm aware of are Shiu Chung Court (Tung Wah group has plenty of others), St Joan's Court, 1 Robinson Road, Wu Yan Court. Anyone here aware of any others? Thanks.

Tung Wah uses the rent to help pay for its hospitals. There is a great rental property called Tower 125, at 11 Po Yan Street, Sheung Wan where the rents are about 80% of the market level. Many local Chinese won't live there as it is next to a hospital, there are coffin shops on the street below (Hollywood Road) and it is next to a temple.
